Emerald Avenue Drainage Improvements

Remove existing Drainage Manhole and 300mm Corrugated Steel Pipe; Saw-Cut existing driveways; Saw-Cut existing asphalt on Emerald Avenue, preserving existing concrete curb and gutter; Remove and Dispose existing 300mm concrete drainage pipe; Supply and Install drainage sewer works; Tie sewer works into existing drainage manhole; Remove and dispose existing manhole; Supply and Install headwall structures; and Return all driveways, pavement, and landscape areas to existing condition or better.
