Work consists of construction of a rest area, a Concrete precast building for a washroom facility, placing of 18,000 m2 of asphalt paving, 30,000m3 of excavating and placing material, 14,000m3 of aggregate placing, 18,000 m3 of aggregate production and includes traffic management, quality management, environmental management, site safety, ungulate guard installation, relocation of wildlife exlusion fencing, electrical installation and utility coordination, supply and place granular materials, supply and install septic and water systems, drainage installation, construction of washroom facility, curbing, paving etc.
